Who we are
This site is operated by the business whose details appear at the bottom of this page ("we"), which is responsible for the information collected here. For any privacy question, reach us through the contact details there.
What we collect
Only what we need to get back to you: your name, phone number and the content of your enquiry — when you fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp. We never ask for an ID number, payment details, an address or sensitive information.
How it reaches us
The form on this site does not send your details to our server. Pressing "Send" opens WhatsApp on your device with what you filled in, and it reaches us only if you press send in WhatsApp. From that point the conversation happens in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and also subject to its own privacy policy.
Why we use it
To get back to you, understand what you need, give you a quote and schedule a call — and if we work together, to provide the service. We won't use it for anything else without telling you first.
Do you have to provide it?
No. There is no legal obligation to give us any information; it is entirely your choice. Without a name and phone number we simply can't get back to you.
Who it is shared with
We don't sell, rent or pass your information to others for marketing. It only passes through the services that make contact with you possible: WhatsApp (Meta), the channel you chose; and Vercel, the host that serves this site and logs standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect it. We disclose information to authorities only where the law requires us to.
Marketing messages
We'll send you updates or offers only if you ticked the box on the form agreeing to it, in line with section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law. Replying to your own enquiry is not a marketing message. You can opt out at any time — just write to us "remove".
How long we keep it
For as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and stay in touch. If we work together, we keep records as the law requires, such as accounting records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, you may inspect the information held about you and ask us to correct or delete anything inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date. Contact us on WhatsApp and we'll reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights were infringed, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses no cookies for tracking, advertising or statistics, and embeds no third-party tools such as Google Analytics or a Facebook pixel. Only two necessary things are stored in your browser: your light or dark display preference, and your cookie choice — neither is ever sent to us. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the enquiries that reach us is limited to the business owners. We take reasonable measures to protect the information, though no system is completely immune.
Minors
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy — for example, if we start using a measurement tool — we'll update this page and the date at the top. Use of the site is also subject to our terms of use.
