General
The site hollanderdigital.com (the "site") is operated by the business whose details appear at the bottom of this page ("we"). Using the site means you accept these terms.
What the site presents
The site presents our services: websites, landing pages, online stores and apps, and ongoing maintenance. Its content is general information, not a binding offer. An actual engagement is made under a written quote or agreement, which prevails over these terms if the two conflict.
Prices
Prices shown on the site or in our ads (such as "from …") are indicative starting prices. The final price, scope and timeline are set in the written quote, according to each project's needs.
Cancellation and refunds
A client who is a "consumer" as defined in the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and engaged us through a distance sale — for example by phone, WhatsApp or online — may cancel within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later. We will then refund the payment less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, and less payment for service already provided, to the extent the law allows.
Senior citizens (65 and over), people with disabilities and new immigrants may cancel such a transaction within four months, in accordance with and subject to the law.
For business clients, cancellation and refund terms are set in the quote or agreement.
Notice of cancellation may be given in writing, on WhatsApp.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — design, text, code, the 3D animation, the logo and trademarks — belongs to us. It may not be copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission. Rights in the work we build for clients are set in the agreement with each client.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. We work to keep its information accurate and current, but we are not liable for damage resulting from reliance on general information on the site. Links to external services, such as WhatsApp, are subject to those services' own terms.
Privacy and accessibility
How we use information you give us is set out in our privacy policy. Details on how the site is made accessible are in our accessibility statement.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv–Jaffa district, subject to the rights the law grants consumers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one on the site, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
