Fair question. That's why we built it so you don't have to take our word for it: the price is fixed before we start, payment moves in stages after your approval, and the whole process is written here. More importantly — we don't disappear after launch. Maintenance is why people stay with us, and an unhappy client simply doesn't renew.
What does the maintenance actually cover?
Security and version updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring that alerts us before you notice, a monthly health check, and faults answered within 24 hours. Small content changes are inside the plan; new features are quoted separately, and we tell you upfront which one something is.
What does it cost and how long does it take?
It depends on what you need, so we won't throw a number in the air. After a short intro call and scoping session you'll get a fixed quote with a timeline — and anything not included is spelled out in it.
What if the site goes down on a Saturday morning?
Our monitoring alerts us automatically, usually before anyone on your side notices. We deal with it and send you a note on what happened and what was fixed. We're not a 24/7 call centre and we won't pretend to be — but you won't discover on Monday that the site was dark all weekend.
Do you work in WordPress or write code?
It depends on the project, and we'll recommend what's right for you rather than what's convenient for us. Fast custom sites we build in code (Next.js), apps in React Native, and sometimes WordPress is simply the right tool.
